4. Do not upload a copy of the clock hour transcript, please send a copy to Jennifer Harmon via interoffice mail for only those clock hours earned through WEA, OSPI approved association conferences, CEUs, etc.
5. For credits earned at college or university, please have an official copy mailed, or digital download sent to Human Resources.
